What is your favourite ice cream topping?

If you fancy jazzing things up even more this spring, next time you’re craving a bowl of vanilla ice cream, try eating it the Italian way - by topping it with a dash of olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt. Yup, I’m not joking. Supposedly those two unusual toppings combined together with gelato will upgrade your frozen treat to a whole new level of angelic flavour.

Ha, who knew? I’m game, you?
