If you love eggs, here is something that will rock your world! I'm one of those people who could eat eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner - in all shapes and forms. They are easy to make, very nutritious and incredibly satisfying too.
Anyway, a few weeks ago Balazs and I went out for dinner and I had pasta with grated salt cured egg yolk that elevated a rather simple dish to an incredible level of richness. So, ever since that night I’ve been totally intrigued by those little suckers.
Supposedly besides adding a great texture to different dishes like avocado toasts, salads, pastas or fried rice, they are actually very easy to make at home too. There are a few different techniques, from basic to a bit more time taking, but regardless of the way, the end result will blow your socks off!
