How are you? Recently we had to say goodbye to our beloved dogs and without going into it, I just wanted to tell you that whether you're feeling sad, lost or just a bit down lately, remember, you are doing just fine. This little quote really speaks to me:
"Take a shower, wash off the day. Drink a glass of water. Make the room dark. Lie down and close your eyes. Notice the silence. Notice your heart. Still beating. Still fighting. You made it, after all. You made it, another day. And you can make it one more. You’re doing just fine."
P.S: Working through chaos...
P.P.S: Do you get stressed?

Oh Diana, I'm so sorry to hear this! I'm just doing a bit of reading catch up now. Losing a pet is so hard. They are such important members of our families. Take care of yourself. xo, Katie
