How to Make a Perfect Fried Egg

Honestly, am I the only one who could eat eggs every night of the week? To me there is nothing better than an easy dinner breakfast-style after a long day! Till recently I’ve been pretty smug with my fried egg technique, but then Balazs tried this new way of frying eggs on olive oil and it was a total game changer! Yup, supposedly olive oil has a higher smoke point than butter, besides being healthier, so it fries eggs quickly to perfection - makes the edges beautifully crispy, crunchy and lacy while keeping the yolk all runny and warm.
