
What are your go-to spring/summer pizza toppings? One of the things I love most about early summer is the beginning of our homemade pizza nights with friends. As soon as the weather gets all glorious, we meet weekly for a balcony feast, a well deserved glass of wine and a chat after work. Tomorrow night we are hosting and I've been thinking about all the different pizza combinations that we can whip up! Here are a few of my favourites, starting with the delicious egg and asparagus pizza...

Three cheese peach and prosciutto pizza...

Springtime pizza with chipotle romesco, eggs and shaved asparagus salad...

Naked pizza with basil and garlic (great with a salad on the side)...

Pesto and pea pizza...

Grilled pizza with buffalo mozzarella and fresh veggies...

Summer squash pizza...

Thin crust pizza...

Nectarine pizza with fresh basil...

and early summer pizza with heirloom tomatoes..

have you tried pizza with marinated artichokes and chili flakes? the best combo in the world.
I'm so craving some pizza now. I tend to be boring and like straight up margherita pizza the best!
Mmm! The one with peaches sounds delicious. The pizza I always make no matter what time of year is one with thinly shaved cauliflower, olives, chili and parmesan. It's so yummy! xo, Katie
