Easter means spending a ridiculous amount of time peeling eggs, so here is a genius little trick to peel a hard-boiled egg in only seconds!
Simply place the egg in a drinking glass, fill it with half an inch of water, cover it with your hand and shake it above the sink till the water is gone. Ta dah. It works! We tested it last night and it's so cool! Check it out for yourself.
P.S: Plus, 10 more handy takes on eggs and eggs in things.
P.P.S: Perfect (yes, perfect) poached egg.

Peeling eggs and ironing are the two of my least fave things to do. The eggs-bit is about to change. Rad!!
So excited for Easter...thanks for the tip!
So funny! Toby and I tried a new method of making hard boiled eggs recently since the shell was always sticking to the egg and it just became a pain to peel. We used to put the eggs in cold water and bring it to a boil. Now we bring the water to a boil first and then add them. Works like a charm and not a single one sticks! xo, Katie
Thanks for this tip!
The struggle is real every morning!

What a nifty trick. I love sandwiches with avocado and eggs, so I will give this a go next time those are on the menu!
Yay, Anonymous! And I am not a fan of ironing as well.
My pleasure, Melissa:)
Good one, Katie! I am going to try it. Thanks. xoxo
