JR has done it again! A little over 3 years ago, this French street artist challenged the world to help him create a global art project inspired by his large format street pastings. The concept of the project is to give everyone the opportunity to make a statement by sharing their portrait. The awesome part is that anyone can participate and by using photographic portraits, as a way of sharing untold stories of people in their communities. To everyone's surprise, by today, tens of thousands of portraits have been printed and placed around the world including Paris, Arles, various towns in Israel and Palestine, Abu Dhabi, NYC, London, Brazil, Italy and even Germany. Bravo!
What a fantastic way to show the world who you are and what you stand for, don’t you think? Would you participate? xo
