If you are still trying to hang on to the last bits of summer, make this salad, pour yourself a glass of wine, kick off your shoes and enjoy it while listening to 'Kind of Blue' on your balcony. It's a total bliss...
That's exactly what we have done for the past two nights. There is really nothing better for your body or your mind than a simple mix of beautifully colourful tomatoes and pomegranate seeds. Plus, as Yotam Ottolenghi said himself: 'the sharp, almost bitter sweetness of pomegranate and the savoury, sunny sweetness of tomato complement each other so gloriously.' Spot on! Would you try it? xo
P.S: Here is an easy way to seed a pomegranate and a great trick to chill your wine on the go.
P.P.S: Plus, don't miss our stunning jewelry GIVEAWAY this week:)

Golly it looks beautiful, and a needed reminder that it has been ages since my last pomegranate. Jill

This is so beautiful - does not surprise me at all that it's from Ottolenghi… he's a vegetable genius!

Same here, Michelle:)
YUM! My husband just made some fattoush, which uses pomegranate molasses in the dressing. It was so delicious. Sweet, tangy and acidic. This salad sounds absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to try it out! xo, Katie
