
Feeling a bit overwhelmed lately? Try putting equal amounts (one scoop in total) of lavender and chamomile buds in a cheesecloth and drop it into your warm bath just before you get in. I did that last night and afterwards I felt like all the worries and tension from the day just melted away. Supposedly this combination is also great when you have bad headaches, when you feel stressed or have troubles sleeping. Ah, the little things in life! What's your favourite bath-mix? xo

The school is out for summer and since our kids are home this year, I have hard time keeping up with everything. Lucky, I have both of those ingredients on hand. I bet it smells divine
