In January 2009 an artist Alyson Provax started a little project she called Time Wasting Experiment. Her goal was to document how she was wasting her time. Part of the intent of this project was an honest curiosity about where all of her free time was going. Pretty genius, isn’t it? After spending last night looking at the project with Balazs we both agreed that it’s mind blowing how many of her pieces relate to people we know. Plus, it’s crazy to think how much time we waste on worrying, anxiety and second guessing ourselves. Simply brilliant, wouldn’t you say so? xo

Very cool and I can very much so relate to worring. I do it ever single day. My fave is, 6 minuties of indecision followed by the wrong decision. That is me all over. HaHa
Very cool and so true!!
So striking and so true!

this is genius and thought-provoking!
This is such a neat idea. Amazing how much time we spend going over things in our mind that usually end up being okay. These notes are a great reminder to stop worrying!
Giggle, Anonymous! That one is my favourite too.
