Awesomely Mean Midnight Snack

Tuesday, August 13, 2013

Ever wondered what sandwich would make an awesomely mean midnight snack? For Balazs and I it's a classic fried egg sandwich with sourdough bread and a sunny side up egg - we had this way past our bedtime last night. Its simplicity is so comforting and no matter what time of the day or night it is, it always hits the spot. It takes only 10 minutes to whip up and literally 5 ingredients if you're counting salt and pepper too. Joey from Friends would totally risk his life for this sandwich :)

Here is the full how to.

P.S: And here is another take on the fried egg sandwich that I also adore.
P.P.S: Plus, this grilled cheese sandwich with a Greek twist!
