Lately, my friend, Sofia and I are mesmerized by jellyfish. How about you? There is something so serene about those delicate-looking exquisite jelly-creatures that I find utterly peaceful. I even heard that some people get so relaxed while watching them that their heart rate slows and they become so relaxed like during an intense meditation. Incredible, isn’t it? There must be something in it, don’t you think? xo
P.S: The Monterey Bay Aquarium has an awesome-looking jellies tour! So if you're in California, you should check it out!

While in Monterey, the sea was FILLED with them. It was a magical and magnificent sight. And, yes, their movements were absolutely calming.
Interestingly enough we had a jellyfish exhibit come through Ohio (Akron Zoo) I can attest they are LOVELY. Def. do check out a jellyfish exhibit if you ever get the chance. They seem to magically dance through the water.
I think they are absolutely beautiful, but they terrify me too!! However I will gladly and serenely gaze at them in an aquarium! =)

We have a very small aquarium in Albuquerque. We have some great jellyfish displays. They are so much fun to watch.
That's really cool about how their heart rate went down just by watching jelly fish. I believe it, they are so serene and just stunning to look at. xoxo
I have been to the Monterey Bay Aquarium one several times and am always amazed by it. Especially the different sizes! But I agree there is something so graceful about how they move.
P.S. Tried your avocado trick and it worked! So thanks again. xo

How awesome, Tiffany. When I was little I used to swim in the Black Sea each year and they where everywhere there. It was a bit scary but beautiful in the same time.
Oh thank you, Valerie. I so want to visit a jellyfish exhibit now:)
That is awesome, Richelle:)
Right, Di? :)
Yay, fantastic, Amanda:) xoxo
Great pictures I agree with u, I find them peaceful!!! I really love the part in "Life of Pi" where the boat float over a sea full of jellyfish...magic!
I really need to watch that movie. Our friends said that it is so amazing. Thanks for the reminder, Relydesign.
