Lovelies, do you listen to vinyl records? Balazs and I are in love with our vintage record player that we got last year. It’s so much fun listening to the classics on it.
Well, one of big vintage records fans, Bob Egan came up with a brilliant idea. Using Google maps he finds NYC spots where iconic vinyl covers were shot and then with Photoshop he recreates them into the modern day version using the original location. Genius! They are totally spot on, aren’t they? What are you listening to nowadays? xo
P.S: More NYC awesomeness including skateboarding in the 60s.
P.P.S: Also, blending in and those iconic shots.

Ooh, those pictures are amazing!! My husband and I have a lot of vinyl records that belonged to our grandparents, and my parents have also given me a bunch of theirs. For some reason, I find that listening to Revolver goes well with cleaning the house. I can't possibly explain why. :-P

Stephanie, jazz does the same to me what Revolver does to you:) How cool that you got a bunch of records from your family. They are so special and incredibly precious, aren't they?
Aww..you're very welcome, Morgan. I am going to send you an email shortly:)
One of our first times hanging out together, Mr. Branflake and I listened to a vinyl copy of West Side Story in his room. Talk about a memories reading this post!
