A few days ago Brooklyn got
its own stained-glass watertower. Artist, Tom Fruin created this awesome gem
using 1000 pieces of salvaged plexiglass. He brilliantly collected each piece
from different parts of NYC including the floors of Chinatown
to even the closed Dumbo studio. Oh, but there is more, from now on, the kaleidoscopic
watertower will be lit each day at dusk giving the whole city a nightly
light show. Magical, don’t you think? I'd love to grab a blanket, some wine and spend the evening watching the twinkling ski. Lovelies,
are you planning a trip to the city this summer? xo
