I’m a total coffee nut and I always try to come up with excuses for myself when I drink too much of it, just ask Balazs. What can I say, it’s just that irresistible in taste and the whole ritual makes for a better, smoother day. Anyway, last night I read a little German study that discovered that coffee not only helps women deal better in stressful situations, but also contributes to having healthy and beautiful eyes. You should have seen Balazs' face when I told him that this morning :) So ladies, drink it up. Cheers! Are you a coffee drinker? What’s your favourite type? How do you make it? (I'm still totally smitten with our French Press). xo

I used to never drink coffee, never had any in high school or college or after college, but now I enjoy a cup every morning with my peppermint mocha creamer and it is my little slice of heaven each morning...I look forward to it now! :)

I'm hopeless without a cup of coffee in the morning! I usually drink it black, made in the French press, but during the fall I can't resist a pumpkin latte now and then!
Melbourne is such a coffee-lover city! Everybody seems to have their favorite blends and barista! Oh and we have lovely, cafes here as well... So, I definitely drink more coffee since I moved to Melbourne as before :)
I love this study! It makes sense to me, just wishing that I had indulged earlier this afternoon when I was craving one!

I love coffee, too! My favorite is macchiato! Good to know about its health benefits!
i feel ya! i LOVE coffee! i used to drink up to 5 cups a day in college and post college - but then over time, i started to get the worse chest pains for the caffeine. so now i'm down to 1 cup a day - 2 cups when i feel daring. ;)it's so worth it! mmm!
I've never liked coffee. Ever. Until I went of the pill three months ago. Since then, I love it! I don't know why, but I do. I have a cup almost every day!
How interesting, Eliza and Ilene, I usually have 2 but there are days when I need 3 big cups:)
Oh yum, Monica! I LOVE macchiato:)
Kristina, I so need to visit Melbourne. Something tells me that I would love it there:))
Liesl and Stephanie, pumpkin latte...peppermint mocha creamer...Oh sounds delicious!
Ohh I remember coffee... mmm, warm. Haven't had any for a while in prep of a baby possibly being in there any month now...
More reasons to love my two cups of espresso a day!
I am SO excited for you, sweetie (HiLLjO)!!!
Cheers to that, Patricia.
Love the stuff. Starbucks is my passion. I like the entire menu, especially espresso & caps. Take mine with whole steam milk, cinnamon and cocoa powder sprinkled on top. De' lish
