Here is a little something that you might not know about me: I find gloomy and rainy days incredibly romantic and utterly calming. I don’t know if it’s the overall quieter vibe of the city or the fact that every time we’ve been to Paris, it was raining: but as soon as the skies get all grey and gloomy, I start daydreaming about Paris. Strolling in the dark with the charming street lights guiding the way, soft jazz music playing in the little passing alleys and trench coats that even look super snazzy wet.
Lovelies, hope that those Parisian photos add a bit of
magic to your Tuesday! Planning a trip to the city of light anytime soon? Have
you been there already? xo

You should move to Seattle then, so much rainy romance here ;)
We hit Paris last September...no rainy days it was 80 degrees!
Magical indeed. I'm now dreaming of Paris! Thank you! xoxo
Beautiful photos. We get lots of rain here in Oregon, so you'd love it here too. hee hee...
I've never been to Paris...Someday, perhaps.
Have a lovely day!

Nikki, September is perfect for a Paris trip. Glad that you had a wonderful weather and Alexa, that is fantastic!!!
Seattle and Oregon sound wonderful:) Btw: my mom always tells me that I should move to London...:)
Ooooo, I'm the same way about gloomy and rainy days! They are the perfect days to me for some reason! Awesomeness these pictures are! And apparently, I'm Yoda this morning and I'm gonna rock that!
I've only been to Paris once, but it did the trick! Just drizzly enough to make me happy :) I used to live in London and one of my favorite memories was walking around the city with my friends after midnight, in the rain and getting off the Tube at the Westminster stop, picking an exit randomly and finding ourselves at the bottom of Big Ben! Staring up at it, all lit up in the night, with the rain falling on our faces was heaven!
And now that I live in Portland, I've got all the cozy grey days I want!
Beautiful and inspiring! I can only imagine how beautiful Paris must be on a drizzling day and especially at night with the lights! Have a great week!

I'm the same way...grey skies are one of my favorite things. (the song is now playing in my head)
I want to go NOW!
they absolutely do! Since I'm gloomy by nature, I need the sun, the blue skies and the light to make me feel at a functioning-level! But I can definitely see the beauty and calmness in rainy, grayish days
oh!, Diana I absolutely adore to walk unther the rain...it's just water, and I don't melt...is what I used to say when somebody tells me how crazy I am...however, here in Santiago, NEVER rains in summer or spring...I miss Buenos Aires Spring rains!!!
Big hugs!

I love taking walks! We took one last night and it just capped off a stressful day so nicely. I love overcast skies and when the clouds are thick above.
Beautiful collection of Paris pics! :)

such dreamy photos.
Aww..I LOVE your note, Christianna:) Hope you had a great one...
Tish...giggle and Patricia, my Balazs is the same. When it's sunny and warm he feels great but when it's gloomy and rainy he is not a happy camper:)
I LOVE that, Inés. It's so true.
Next time I'm in London, Lauren, I am so going to do this:) Aww Big Ben! It sounds totally magical.
I LOVE rain, gray skies, fog, all of it. There is a lovely sort of melacholy to those days. They lend themselves well to introversion and nostalgia. I find them calming as well.
The purple shot is dreamy.
