Yikes! Would you dare a climb up this mountain to enjoy a traditional cuppa of Chinese tea? I wouldn't come even close because I am terrified of heights but tons of people swear by this place. The tiny tea-house is located on top of
Huashan Mountain in
China and wait for this: it’s the steepest and one of the most dangerous hiking trails in the world where in parts you have to climb by pressing your body to the cliff’s wall. Crazy! I read somewhere that the view from the top mixed with a relaxing cuppa makes it all worth it. Truthfully, I'm not sure. What do you think? Would you dare? xo
P.S: Also,
bivouacking on the edge of a mountain.
P.P.S:
Manatee watching - yes, please!

That is crazy indeed, diana. I would be so scared to go there. I remember reading in a british newspaper about it a while ago and thinking that it would be something incredible to experience. Grace.
that is so wild! i think it would take a lot to get me up there but it would be so worth it. i would also think coming down would be more difficult.
it's a good thing they don't serve vodka at the top, LOL!
so so so cool :) LOVE IT :) I am missing the mountains :(

Christianna, I totally agree:)
wow, that is one crazy place!! would love to drink a cup of nice chinese green tea up there, but with my fear of heights I doubt I would ever get this far :)
hope you are doing alright? happy (belated) new year!! xox
Looks gorgeous! It would be cool to say been there done that - but not cool enough to actually get me to climb it. Fear of heights wins again!
Oh so nice to hear from you, Kristina:) Happy New Year to you too:)
Oh I'd totally love to go there!
Now, I love tea, but can I just say HELL NO??? It looks amazing and adventurous, but I'd probably wet my pants and cry like a baby the whole time.
I love a great cup of tea, but I couldn't even attempt this hike.. how scary!! I'm actually super excited because we just found an authentic Chinese tea house super close to our place! You would love it :)
Never in a life time!!!! My palms starts sweating just by looking at the photos!
extraordinaire , superbe..!
Well I've certainly spent time in China (in some) of the countries truly beautiful tea regions. Never placed as precariously as this though!
