Ah! One of my favourite things about autumn (besides cozy evenings with apple cider) are the green-market-days where Balazs and I can stack up on roasted chestnuts, fresh flowers, fruits, veggies and have a crispy-cold walk around. Nicole's recent visit to the Union Square Greenmarket makes me dream about New York City during autumn :) Gosh, what a jolly place to enjoy the season, don't you think? Darlings, do you shop at your local green market regularly? xo
P.S: How to roast chestnuts. Yum!
P.P.S: More NYC awesomeness.

I'm a market junkie, which is why I post weekly on Chicago's Green City Market! Love these images.
Our market is already closed for the year!! :(

Mmm..don't they, Vanessa? I just got a bag-full of chestnuts this morning So tonight I'm going to roast them in the over. Can't wait.
How fantastic, Bestie. I'm going to check out your photos right now:)
Thanks for walking me through the market. Great shots. I miss roasted chestnuts from vendors in the city.
Love this time of year.
So much nostalgia surfaces for me, as I now live in Florida, where the seasons don't change much under a palm tree, although it has dropped to the mid 80's over the past week.
I love Farmer's Markets! These are great photos- totally captures the colors and vibrancy of these markets.
Lovely picks, darling!
This post makes me miss NYC :)

I love this market in Union Square! It's such a fun place on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon
I love love your blog. I've never commented before, but I have followed you for a while. Yes, we love our green markets. Here in Dupont Circle (D.C.) we have one that's open every Sunday. What's in season now? Apples and pears! Yummy!
(BTW I grabbed your blog button and plugged it in my blog)
This reminds me of the market I went to this weekend. It was my first market, and it was a totally new experience for me!
