You can find this thrilling
gem on one of the most spectacular hiking trails in
Switzerland. The Äscher cliff restaurant is located between the Wasserauen and
Ebenalp hiking paths. I can just imagine taking a little break there, recharging my energy on
Swiss cheese fondue, apple cider and breathing in the fresh
Appenzell Alps air while taking
mental photos of the area :) Lovelies, want to join in? Have you even been to
Switzerland? xo

how amazing is this!!!! GREAT!
I went to Switzerland for the first time two years ago. We went skiing on the alps and stayed in a cozy cabin with a fire place and a brilliant view. It was an amazing trip, my first time skiing too and I loved it.
Amazing - I have spent a lot of time in the Swiss Alps, but not in this area - really just incredible. They are true mountain people!!
What an amazing (and probably very welcome) sight for a hiker. Such beautiful surroundings, incredible. Never been to Switzerland but would love to.
This is beautiful Diana. I have been to Switzerland and it does look like this .-)). Aren't they lucky?!

What a stunning place!! It made be think of the houses that we saw in the Loire Valley, built into the stone of the mountains.
Have a lovely day!

I agree,Annie:)
whoa! that's awesome.
I am not really a hardcore hiker like a lot of Swiss, but a little research revealed that a 1 1/2 hour car ride and a cable car will take me there anyway, so I think I'll add to to our list of Sunday family trips for Spring!
That is fantastic, Elisa:) This place would be perfect for Sunday family trip!
