Yikes! I've just realized that there was only a little over a month left from the summer. I love the third pic! my favorite things about summer would be: swimming almost every afternoon, watermelon, homemade ice cream, the ice cream man :) and the fourth of July fireworks!
The photos are gorgeous and so summery. And you're right...what the heck happened to summer? It's almost over! :(

love the first pic. what i love about summer is long days.
I love how the sunlight lingers for what seems like hours -- it'll nearly be 10pm and there's still a shimmer of sunlight. That's what makes summer perfect :)
This year I have enjoyed summer, I am not a summer person but it is hard to love it when it lasts so long here.
We won't get that last glimpse of summer until mid October.
I love that sun is still at 9pm. It makes the day seem gloriously long.

I loved everything about summer. It was a really magical one for me.
Ag and Keishua, totally true. I love the long days:) We often take Monty and Buffer for evening walks next to the river and watch the sunset. Dreamy!

I love summer tans, ray bans, BBQ, sound of laughter and staying out late. Summer is great, but this year's summer in the Netherlads sucks :( pretty bad weather.
i love summer on the water. and am sad it's already coming to an end.
Great photos! They sum Summer up nicely. My favorite part? Probably the green leaves and sun. I like when it's hot and you can't keep yourself out of the cool, cool river. :)
