Aren't those photographs magnificent? I'm not a huge fan of flying (fear of heights) and I prefer to fly during the night as the mood on the plane is always a bit more chilled because people are tired. So I got really excited when I spotted these long exposure photographs. They were shot by Terence Chang at the San Francisco International Airport while different planes were taking off and landing. Sweets, do you like flying or not so much? What do you prefer: day or night? Any scary stories? xo

They are amazing!! I like night photographies, you can see lots of interesting things, although I've just taken pictures of buildings and land vehicles.

Huge fear of flying over here! I'd rather drive then get in a plane any day! Who knows my sister could have been in one of those planes. She lives in San Fran and flys often. She just left from a visit with us last night!

Awesome pics! My husband will love these (will show him when he gets up). I have been flying all my life, does't bother me a bit. I'm flying on Thursday and am going to think of these images when I do :)

I'm kind of indifferent to flying. Being up so high is a weird experience, but I just keep in mind that it's safer than driving a car. ;-)
great shots! I prefer to fly early in the morning and get to my destination by dark.....and I'm always very nervous!

These are amazing!!! I do like flying, but only if I'm in the air for a short while. On my way to Peru a few summers ago I had had about enough of flying! But short jaunts are super fun. :)

i too love to fly at night. recently i flew business class (accident) during the day and they had it so nice and dark, and when i went back to economy to pee it was so noisy and bright! ahh!
ugh, i hate flying! and i'm flying from el paso to SF tomorrow so how great is this post?! i get what you mean about night flying. pray for a safe flight for me? :)

These photos are just too cool. I love the the way these lights look like suspended wires. Ingenious! I used to love flying when I was younger, but now my body doesn't like it so much....the bones creak a lot. :-))
