Oh my goodness, how scrumptious are those beer marshmallows? Jenny is a true "marshmallowist" in my eyes! She had a brilliant idea of substituting water for beer while making marshmallows and dunking them in both milk chocolate and dark chocolate but that is not all. She also topped them off with some salty pretzel crumbles for a lovely balance of sweetness and saltiness. Jenny says you won't taste the beer, instead you might get a hint of maltyness. She wanted to create fluffy vanilla pillows with a slight reminder of that "college taste" by bringing back old memories of kissing boys with beer breath. :) Sweet! xo
P.S: Recipe here.

These look amazing but I don't like the taste of beer... I'll have to make two batches! xoxo
I love beer and marshmallows. Perfect combo for me. Thx
I'd love to try these marshmallows! I've never had roasted marshmallows (it's quite exotic for someone from Barcelona) but I'd love to try it too, I guess I'll be busy discovering sweet things when I go to the States! Best regards from Barcelona,
Marta
