


One of my wishes for this year is to eat healthier. It's much easier said than done but I'm going to give it my best shot, starting with breakfast. I got really inspired by Galit who put together a fun collection of what people like to eat in the morning. Just looking at those delicious photos makes me crave some eggs. i do! during the week i usually have porridge with almond milk (no dairy for me unfortunately) and on the weekends everythign from pancakes with nutella to a full english breakfast to anything london offers really :) i try to be healthy most of the time but for breakfast i eat as much as i like!

I often skip dinner but never breakfast, it's my favorite meal of the day. We eat lots of steel cut oats or eggs. I like to throw everything in our oats, almond milk, nuts, cranberries, flax seeds etc etc. Yum, now I'm hungry!

i love it when its prepared for me like in a hotel. My favourite eggs benedict, but at home i stick to quick and easy with the sprogs...crumpets, toast, porridge and cereal and the occasional fruit pancake. I should experiment more. xx

I try not to skip breakfast as I get really cranky it seems when meals are skipped. lately I have been having a egg sandwich just because it keeps me full for the longest period of time.

I definitely eat breakfast. Otherwise I'm starving by lunch. I tend to have oatmeal/cream of wheat in the winter and cereal or fruit in the summer.
I agree with you though...those eggs do look good.
For some reason, I have not much appetite in the morning...

i'm definitely an oatmeal girl. yum yum! i also love big, filling, late breakfasts on the weekends with my husband :)
Breakfast has always been my favorite meal, and it varies from day to day what I eat - sometimes oatmeal; sometimes cold cereal; sometimes nut oat bread with smooshed avocado, swiss cheese and sea salt; or Fage yogurt with honey and wheat germ; and this weekend I made poached eggs for the first time ever. I can't believe I have been afraid to try them for so long, and they were pretty easy. Had them on toast with butter and sea salt. And coffee. ALWAYS lots of coffee!!

i drink LOTS of coffee then plain boring oatmeal - but i add cinnamin ontop, yummy to me :o) .. literally eat that every single day!

Great resolution. All of these look fabulous - but I had a root canal yesterday so I'm on yogurt and scrambled eggs for now!!
Yum! I usually have coffee at home then some cereal and/or fruit at the office. But on weekends, J makes me a big classic breakfast!

Looking at those photos is making me hungry! I do eat breakfast every morning....yogurt and apple granola or a hard boiled egg. Pretty boring but delish!
I am not a huge breakfast person. Some fruit or greek yogurt is all I need. I feel that fruit is the best because it gives me the energy to go though the morning and it is light and sweet.

I go through phases. For awhile, I was addicted to greek yogurt (Fage was my fave), sprinkled with granola, fruit and honey. Seriously worth waking up for.
YES!!! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day--and the most important. I've been on a diet for awhile now (getting there! yay!) Here's my breakfast:
2 slices Ezekiel bread with laughing cow cheese and 1 egg with 1 egg white. SUPER yum, protein packed and healthy.
Now I'm hungry again looking at these! :)

Oh yes, breakfast is very important, I would say! I cannot function in the morning till I get a cup of black tea. And then I have some toast with butter, or cake, or granola with banana. Nothing too much healthy, though - if I have to crawl out of the warm bed, I definitely deserve something really yummy to make it worth crawling out, don't you think? ;)

I barely ever skip breakfast, but how healthy said breakfast is varies. Ideally I have an egg and cheese sandwich, yogurt and fresh fruit, or steel cut oatmeal, since those kinds of things keep me full all morning. This morning, it was a bowl of cereal, and by 11:00 I was dipping into leftover Christmas cookies in the office common area. :-P

I usually eat a cup of yogurt or a bowl of cereal for breakfast but it would be a lot of fun to have a sit down meal more often. On the weekends we do brunch at home or out though and I cherish it!
i wish i could eat breakfast but I am just not hungry unless you count coffee in which case I am very hungry

Those are beautiful pics, great ideas 4 bfast! I'm really focusing on whole foods and no processed junk or sugar. More veggies, whole grains etc. Breakfast is super important to start your day off right!

I've been trying to eat healthier too! Cutting back on carbs, wheat, and such. These are all so adorable! I've been having eggs and no toast for breakfast everyday for a while and it's so yummy...but I love these twists on it!

I do eat breakfast most mornings. Usually something like yogurt or egg whites and whole wheat toast.
Wow, that is making me hungry. I usually do coffee and toast with jam. Eggs if I'm feeling like I want to cook. Pancakes if I really want to get crazy. :)
I think I could stand to eat healthier myself, and if all my meals were so elegantly prepared, it would be so easy!

When I'm working, I have a whole wheat english muffin with local honey and peanut butter. On the weekends, I love to try breakfast spots in Portland, OR with my boyfriend. I love eggs benedict or french toast.
I've recently fallen in love with yogurt+granola+blueberries (or raspberries) so so so yummy AND I'm not even starving at 11am anymore (and that's a victory in itself !) xx
