For the past few years Kelli has been creating time capsules every year in a big jar. It's for all the random things that made them happy. Anything goes. From a silly note your husband left you one morning to a metro pass from the latest trip to Paris. Inspired! A few weeks ago I decided to do the same and now each time I look at my jar I feel great because I know that our memories are getting a second chance. Thanks, Kelli, such a brilliant idea! Darlings, want to join in? Do you like keeping little memories alive? xoxo
Ps: Fancy a chit-chat? Join me on Twitter!

This is, indeed, a brilliant idea!
I am collecting all kind of things from my kids to give to them on their 18th birthday... maybe I should do it on a yearly basis... think they will be happy with 18 jars?
LOL
What a sweet idea, Paula. I hope I can do something like that for my baby one day:)

what a fantastic idea! I collect ticket stubs, receipts, and stuff like that. and this is a great idea to keep memories. Lovely.
What a cool idea! I tend to stuff memories of our trips everywhere around the office and they get lost in all the mess....
This is such a great idea! There are so many little things I hold on to (movie ticket stubs, small stones, etc.) that remind me of a particularly wonderful day and this would be the perfect way to keep those organized!
Simply brilliant!!! Although I never was the 'collector' type, I'm really loving this idea and I think I'll try and adopt it!! Such a sweet thing
what a great idea! i think im going to make one with a theme and collect all my travel memoirs in it! thanks for the inspiration Di!
Galit, Im not much of a collector as well but the idea of putting little objects to a cool jar really makes me happy!
Oh my goodness that is a great idea! It would be so fun to look through at the end of each year. Much easier than keeping a scrapbook as well :)

What a wonderful idea! I leave love notes for my family all the time, it might be fun for me to create a time capsule in addition to that.
