Last night we had a group of friends over for a "movie night" and we wanted to whip up something easy, delicious and quick, so we went with prawn & courgette pasta from Jamie's recipes (he really has some amazing on-a-go ideas). It turned out brilliantly and everyone ate it all up! To make it a bit healthier I used olive oil instead of butter and added some soy sauce for extra flavor. Dears, how do you like your pasta? xoxo
Ps: This weekend, I'm planning to try this spinach pie as Heidi made it last week and it looks so good:)

i love my pasta any which way, as long as its full of delightful carbs. :)
yum, it looks delicious! I also prefer the olive oil to butter, good choice.
I love green (spinach pasta) with shrimp and white wine and fresh parsley.
Oooh, I add soy sauce in my pasta too, and I LOVE mine al dente with loads of tomato sauce :), YUM!!!

Looks good! I ordered risotto with prawns while in the Cinque Terre on our honeymoon, and got a big ole bowl of rice dowsed in oil with prawns in their shells looking at me. I've been a vegetarian for 6 years and just started very slowly to eat seafood again so it kind of set me back greatly. I don't know if I could have eaten this but it really does look and sound good so I could have been convinced!
we just finished pasta with lemon, basil, feta and parmesan.... was very nice and light!

That looks delish. My hubby makes an amazing spicey cajun pasta with sausage and chicken with penne noodles and a cayenne pepper. Probably really fattening but so yummy.
