Each year our friends throw a Halloween-themed party, and this year's plan is to have a "Classic Fairytales" theme. As for now, I'm clueless about what Balazs and I will wear...Dears, do you know who you're going to be? Any ideas what I should wear? xoxox

Oh wow, that's a tough one! It would be cool to get one of those classic Grimm's Fairy Tales and find something not as well known, I know whatever you pick will be awesome, though! XX!
CUTE pic of that baby...hehehehe

Haha. I loved Gwen & Gavin's bacon and eggs costume from a few years back!
I so agree with the lovely Shari on Grimms Fairy Tales. xx
Hahhaa..I loved the bacon and egg one too:)..hahah
What a fun idea. How about Little Red Riding Hood. We did that the other year:)
Have a great weekend
that first photo is cracking me up. love it!
happy friday, diana!!!
I was at a party a few years ago and this group was dressed as the 3 little pigs, the wolf and even the three houses, brick etc. - it was very cute. I also like Shari's idea. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
i was just thinking about asking the same question on my blog!!!
i need to be more creative & think of something.
i'm going to be returning to this post to see everyones suggestions :)
happy happy friday
Oh dear, I've been invited to one, too, and I still haven't got a clue. Something where I can paint and change my face with make-up, that I DO know...
last year we were John Lennon and Yoko Ono, our friend turned 30 and had a big party...I don't think we are doing anything this year...dressing up for halloween is my LEAST favorite thing to do!
<3
How cute!! Hope you have a great weekend!
NO CLUE what I'm going to be this year. My in-laws, however, bought our dog a Batman costume. So at least he's taken care of. ;-)
My goal is to find a costume this weekend - I am clueless so far though. I'll be browsing the web today for costume inspiration.
Happy Friday!
xx
i always make something homemade for Halloween - my fave was a halloween engagment party we went to - we won best costume :o) .. this year were heading out to Long Island - i dunno what we are gonna be yet - i have a few things twirling in my head ..

I've been thinking of dressing as Holly Golightly from Breakfast at Tiffany's. It's such a classic look and I love that movie!

Love the first photo, hehe.
I just love that first picture! I'm not sure if I'm going to be anything but I am going to the costume store this weekend to see if it sparks my creativity :)
Have a great weekend, sweetie! xoxox
We do not celebrate Halloween that very much in my country, although shops are selling more stuff every year.
Enjoy your weekend, Diana xxx
That little boy is just too cute for words! I have no idea what I'm going to be...but I'd better decide soon, gots lots of parties coming up!
Happy Friday!

Such cute photos...I never know what to be either!
OOooh nice theme! You could really be anything...how about RUPUNZEL??
Happy Friday!
The first pic just about made me fall over....so cute and what an expression.
Hmmm what about Rumplestiltskin..not very known but you could really go crazy with the costumes.
I'm pretty much a geek when it comes to costumes and love themes. I you are going with a guy I suggest Hansel and Gretel. This year my boyfriend and I are dressing with a theme. I'm going as Fay Wray, My boyfriend is Going to be the Empire State Building, and our daughter is going to be King Kong.
Rupunzel idea is great!...I could get the long hair and pretty long dress...awww...so cute!
These are so fun and i don't usually dress up for Halloween, but will definitely get baby Z a costume(not sure what yet though). xx
What cute pictures. And that party sounds like such fun! Someday when I'm married and have my own home I shall host Halloween parties. :)
That theme sounds like the best! Erika and I plan to get sheets and put them over ourselves and cut eyeholes to be ghosts like in Charlie Brown--oh, and we're going trick-or-treating. :)
XOXO-

oh these little kiddos are just adorable!
i hope you'll show photos of your party! i'll be traveling on Halloween (boo!) so i'm guessing i will miss out on all costumes (except for those intrepid air travelers who might wear some -- i am HOPING!!)
that baby is so cute!!!
Lumier and Babette would be cute, from beauty and the beast.
That little kiddo is a cutie! What great photos!
I have no idea what I am going to be. We don't really do Halloween at our house. I do enjoy hearing what others are though. It's quite fun...and interesting for that matter. :-)
Blessings,

What a fun theme! So many possibilities! I love all the Disney classics, so I think it would be fun to be Cinderella or Snow White or something like that. I wonder if Ariel is considered a classic fairytale...I would be that!
I love the Captain Hook costume!
that baby with the hair kind of creeps me out! haha :)
that party sounds like a good time...I was actually thinking little red riding hood or maybe Hansel and Gretal?
That first image is too cute! I will be in Disney this year for Halloween with my family. I might be Cinderella...not sure?!
What a fun party idea
HOW CUTE IS THAT BABY?!?!?! I think that Fairy Tales is a wonderful party theme . . . maybe a villain would be fun??
This is such an adorable idea! I love the themed party!!! Have a ball!
We just have a costume party in lieu of Halloween party and my hubby's birthday!
My husband and I are doing Morbid Fairy Tales... I'm little Dead Riding hood and my husband is the big bad wolf!
