Do you plan your outfit the night before? Or, in a hurry in the morning?

If there's something important the next day, I will plan in advance... because otherwise I know I will stand in front of my wardrobe for ages and say, no, wail those words: "I have nothing to wear!"

i'm fairly instinctual when it comes to picking out my outfit. i usually have a pair of earrings or shoes or a purse that i have in mind for the day, and choose the rest around that.

Do I plan my outfit the night before? Heck no! I can barely plan it the morning of! ;-) But you're so right, I too wish I could copy these gorgeous models walking down the runway! But besides their clothes, I'd also need their hair, their bodies, their walk.... Ugghh, too much work ;-)
If I looked that great, I really wouldn't care what I was wearing! LOL!
I usually plan the night before so that I can get things ironed. Have to get my tot dressed as well so, anything to save time is a must.

i am a wake up and grab anything i see in the morning girl for work .. but weekends takes me forever to get dressed - and FORGET it when i have to pack! - complete nightmare!!!

Wow, I never think that much about putting an outfit together unless I'm going somewhere special--being a college student means "jeans and a tshirt" works pretty much every day, but sometimes I wish I looked as put-together as that! Thanks for sharing!

Gotta admit, I'm not a fan of the hobo chic she's got goin' on. :) She looks kind of harrowed to me, and I'm not a big fan of the masculine-ish outfit + nearly destroyed bag. I totally decide what to wear in a hurry in the morning . . . I, too, should put more time into it, but can generally through on a dress, some heels, and earrings in 5 minutes. haha.
In a hurry! I could never pull off that look - that bag! - but she looks amazing ...
My outfit depends so much on how I am feeling that I have to pick it the day of. I love the outfit in the pic, she looks amazing.

Don't we all? I like to think I have my own kind of style though.. I totally see the benefit on the days I manage to plan my outfit the night before, sadly those days don't come very often though!
Definitely the second, it doesn't really matter what I wear to work, since my husband and I own our company, ha! But if I have an event, I spend weeks planning what to wear, be it social or professional. It's sad!

Me too! I usually think about my outfit when I'm in the shower. I do miss having a uniform like I did in high school. It made everything so much simpler.

mostly i piece my outfits together throughout the day, then at night when i finally feel cute, it's time for bed!
I rarely plan my outfit the night before unless something extra special is going on the next day, and even then I tend to plan the hour before.
But yeah, I think it helpes to have this gal's gams to pull off effortlessly stylish ;)

i love that outfit! I'm the type of person who throws together an outfit in the morning which usually leads to the jeans + tee shirt combo. Maybe planning it out the night before would lead to some cuter ensembles :)

I'm always planning outfits in my head but when crunch time comes I never know what to wear. So frustrating! I love her outfit... can I please have her bag?
I wish I knew my style better. Slowly I'm figuring it out but with children and a kind of no place to go but to the bank and the church and ballet, guitar lessons etc I think I'd be silly wearing something so fab. Then again you only live once!

now that i'm a mommy, my outfits consist of sweat pants or t-shirts... unless of course we are going grocery shopping or to target... then i actually "dress up" and put my jeans on! ha! i used to try to plan my outfits and would always regret it when i didn't!

I'm with you, Diana! But do you really think this was effortless for her? ... Maybe. Some people just have a knack. Hmmm. Something to think about. I usually plan what to wear the night before ONLY if I've got a big meeting or something. Otherwise, it's whatever I"m in the mood for in the morning :)
