Since Easter is a few short days away, I'm deep in the menu-planning phase. You? One of the things I'm totally certain of is that I'll be making a whole jar of pickled eggs. I'm not sure which ones yet, but here are the eight different variations I'm thinking about, starting with the above pickled turmeric eggs...
Cajun pickled eggs...
Curried pickled eggs...
Beet pickled eggs...
Simply pickled eggs...
Blueberry pickled eggs...
Cabbage pickled eggs...
And soy sauce pickled eggs...
Which one tickles your fancy?

Oh WOW, the all look amazing. I'd love to try the Blueberry pickled ones!
I made pickled eggs last year and they were so fun! Too be honest, it was more about the color, but it was still fun!
