10 New Best Fall Cookbooks

Monday, October 2, 2017

Oh boy, fall is definitely the season to indulge in cooking at home. It's the perfect time to slow down and nourish your body and soul with a great new dish. If I am honest, this is probably my favourite time of the year to get creative in the kitchen. Partially because of the abundance of goodies that are associated with autumn, but also the shifting weather that gives way for rich flavours and slow-cooked meals.

So, here are ten very new and very delicious cookbooks that are hot hot hot right now and I can't wait to get a few of them in my own kitchen. Any favourites?

From the top: 1. Cherry Bombe: The Cookbook by Kerry Diamond an Claudia Wu - 2. Smitten Kitchen Every Day: Triumphant and Unfussy New Favorites by Deb Perelman - 3. Martha Stewart's Slow Cooker: 110 Recipes for Flavorful, Foolproof Dishes (Including Desserts!), Plus Test-Kitchen Tips and Strategies by Editors of Martha Stewart Living - 4. Sweet: Desserts from London's Ottolenghi by Yotam Ottolenghi and Helen Goh - 5. The Home Cook: Recipes to Know by Heart by Alex Guarnaschelli - 6. Simple Fare: Fall and Winter by Karen Mordechai.

From the top: 7. Meyer’s Bakery by Claus Meyer - 8. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner... Life: Recipes and Adventures from My Home Kitchen by Missy Robbins, Carrie King and Evan Sung - 9. Half Baked Harvest Cookbook: Recipes from My Barn in the Mountains by Tieghan Gerard - 10. Dinner Plan: Simple Weeknight Recipes and Strategies for Every Schedule by Kathy Brennan and Caroline Campion.
