An Aussie Take on Fish and Chips

I'm telling you, you simply can't say goodbye to summer without making those delicious lemon fish cakes! It's a mind-blowingly scrumptious Aussie take on the British classic and when served warm with mayonnaise, french fries, and lemon wedges - mmm...it makes for the most indulging end of summer meal. During our last week's staycation, we made it three times, because that is exactly how irresistible it is. Go on, treat yourself! (Here is the recipe).
