Breakfast Tweak: Cloud Eggs

Wow, have you heard of cloud eggs? Supposedly, they are the new ‘it’ breakfast and being a person who loves breakfast eggs dinner-style, I am intrigued! The special thing about them is that they are made by separating egg whites from the yolk and whipping them until they're a fluffy. After which the yolk is put on top of each 'cloud' and the whole thing is shoved into an oven for about 10 minutes. Sounds delicious, doesn't it?
