Winter Self-Care: Healing Conifer Tea

Speaking of self-care, if you're not 100% yourself because of a nasty cold or the winter chill is getting to you, do yourself a favour and try this pine tea tonight.

Yes, pine needles are edible, but besides that, they are also packed with tons of vitamin C and work great as a natural anti-inflammatory that will energize you and heal you like nothing before!

So, grab a few pine, spruce or fir needles from one of the Christmas trees you usually pass by on your way home and follow those directions. Ta dah!

Psst: the tea itself smells like a walk in a forest. So good!
