I've been feeling low on energy for the past couple of days. Maybe it's the colder weather, maybe the shorter days, or maybe I caught a cold...Nevertheless, yesterday I took Maria's advice and made myself a cup of her go-to energy boosting mix. It's made of a few pieces of fresh turmeric, a bit of fresh ginger, a sprig of fresh rosemary, couple of cinnamon stick bits and an orange slice (or two) with the peel. The only thing you need to do is mix all the ingredients together in a cup, add honey, plus hot water and enjoy!
