The Big Quiet, NYC Style

Do you meditate? How would you fancy catching a bit of shhh-time in the middle of Central Park with other 2,000 people around you?

Yup, on July 13th The Big Quiet is hoping to bring in a dash of zen into the noisy city with a mass meditation where people can enjoy a bit of chill-time surrounded by amazing views, summer breeze and smiley faces all around:)

This awesome mass meditation began in Central Park last June, and since it's been held at Williamsburg’s Farm on Kent, the Lincoln Center and even on a boat on the Hudson River. Sounds dreamy, doesn’t it? So, if you fancy getting involved, here are all the deets:)

P.S: Let's not forget about the rooftop garden in Brooklyn and this incredible hidden gem.
P.P.S: Plus, NYC skateboarding in the 60's and the coolest public library.
