Since the weather has been pretty great lately (with the exception of this morning's rain), I’ve been making all sorts of popsicles and frozen goodies to indulge in. One of my favourites is Reza Mahammad’s rose petal and cardamom kulfi aka traditional Indian ice cream that does not contain any eggs. Have you tried it?
It’s one of the creamiest and richest mixes I’ve ever made and probably my favourite as well - especially when you add that extra crunchy texture of crushed pistachios on top. Here is the recipe if you're planning a dessert for this upcoming Holiday weekend. It's easy and delicious, while looking incredibly impressive too!
