Have you tried whitening your teeth (all naturally) with turmeric?
Supposedly, it’s as effective as a banana peel but much quicker! The awesome thing is that besides whitening your teeth, it also heals your gums and helps maintain a healthy oral hygiene. So if you want to give it a go, here is the how-to:
Tonight before bed, wet your toothbrush and dip it in 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder. Brush teeth as normal, but instead of rinsing when you’re done, allow the turmeric to sit on your teeth for 3-5 minutes so that it can do its magic. Next, spit and rinse thoroughly, then follow it with a second brushing, using your regular toothpaste. Ta dah!
According to Heather you might see a big difference already after just one try, but definitely after a third or fourth go!
