9 Nifty Two-Ingredient Recipes

Although most of the recipes I cook from have more ingredients, sometimes I fancy something simple, quick and uncomplicated that will satisfy an instant craving without much effort.

So here are nine 2-ingredient recipes that you can whip up in a jiffy on those days when your fridge is almost empty and the last thing you want to do is take a trip to the grocery store or wait for home delivery - starting with the genius (and actually really good) never-fail biscuits (above) that we had last night...

Pizza dough that actually rocks...

Blood orange popsicles...

Pancakes that you can eat without guilt daily...

Watermelon sorbet...

Ice cream bread (oh yes!)...

Homemade nutella...

Sicilian almond brittle...

and strawberry milkshake.

Which one tickles your taste-buds?
