Welcoming Guests.

Tuesday, April 5, 2016

In our home, warmer months mean rounds of family and friends flying in for a visit. Each year, I try to make the guest room feel welcoming with fresh flowers, a water carafe on their bedside table and a selection of books that they might fancy reading before bedtime.

This year though, I’m planning to additionally make one of those beautiful room sprays made of essential oils and dried flowers. I’m thinking an orange-rosemary mix would be perfect for spring visits and a lemon-sage combo would fit hot summer nights, don’t you think? (Here is the full how-to if you fancy trying it too).

P.S: For a good night's sleep :)
P.P.S: Plus, this nifty summer party tip and the magical Diner en Blanc...
