Yup, according to psychologist Antoni Martínez, colouring is often recommended as a relaxation technique, since it enables us to enter into a more creative, freer state of mind. It also "brings out our imagination and takes us back to our childhood, a period in which we most certainly had a lot less stress."
So, if you loathe flying, have a hard time staying in your seat for hours or simply feel claustrophobic on a plane, start colouring!
