Lisbon

Venice

Ericeira

The Alps

Burano
Guimarães

Évora

Porto
Montemor-o-Novo

Trento

Stunning! Speaking of windows, I believe that windows are the soul of a building. Depending on their style, size or colour, they dress the whole canvas and make a statement like no other part of the structure. Personally, I am all about huge, old, tall and beautifully rustic windows, so when I spotted this amazing project by André Vicente Goncalves, I literally did a happy dance. This Portuguese photographer created a series of window collages by region as a tribute to architectural elements specific to all different areas of Italy and Portugal.

My favourite is probably the Évora series, but Lisbon comes a close second. Yours?

P.S: Also, New Zealand through a window, and Venice of the Netherlands.
P.P.S: Plus, tons more travel goodness.
