Nifty trick to ripe avocados in just 10 minutes!

Ha! Last night, Balazs’ mom sent me an awesome new avocado trick. Till now, whenever I bought an unripe avocado, I used this clever tip. But if you don’t have time to wait, here is a smart way to make this happen in just 10 minutes! You just need some tin foil, an oven, and 10 to 15 minutes to spare.

Here is the how to: wrap your avocado in some tin foil, place it in an oven at 200°F for 10-15 minutes. The tin foil and the heat speeds up the natural ripening process that would normally happen over a couple of days, and it doesn't make the avocado mushy. Pretty genius, isn't it?
