Night Over NYC

Thursday, January 15, 2015

Gasp, for the past few decades, Vincent Laforet dreamed about capturing NYC from an unusually high altitude to show the lines that are formed by the streets of the city at night. Recently his dream came true when he was asked to snap a few photos for an upcoming article. One night his crew rented a helicopter and took off into the black skies. To ensure Vincent’s vision, he was strapped-in with a body harness in order to lean out of the side of the chopper – whopping 7.500 feet above the ground. Afterwards he said that it was one of the scariest and most beautiful experiences of his career. I’m so glad he did it! Aren’t those images something special? I’m blown away. You?

P.S: On the edge.
P.P.S: Your anti-stress hero.
