Our breakfast for dinner last night: brioche bread + sliced juicy peaches + fresh mozzarella = the best end of summer French toast there is! Last week our friends treated us to a whole box of their own home-grown peaches, so Balazs and I have been eating ourselves silly with those juicy fruits. The best part about this sandwich is when the mozzarella melts around the peach, making it irresistible. We always go for seconds. (Here is the full how to).
