With Easter just four short days away, we really should talk about eggs all ways possible, don’t you think? Easter in our home consists of ham, freshly made Challah bread, salads and veggies, brownies and eggs all ways from deviled, egg salad and even chocolate eggs:) So to make your egg peeling, chopping, separating and poaching much easier this weekend, here are 10 nifty egg tips from the past four years!

oh that egg on avocado and english muffin looks divine. Me? I'm an egg afficianado. Have one nearly every morning...........that first picture has me drooling, as do the toast points with the chuckie egg. mmmm.

Mmm! The avocado/egg breakfast pizza looks heavenly. Maybe we'll do that on Easter morning. We're going out to my brother's place for Easter. He's making pizza, his specialty. Pretty non-traditional, but that's ok with us! :) xo, Katie
