A Nifty Trick To Feeling Relaxed In No Time

Here is a cool little trick to feeling rested and ready to tackle this busy pre-Eater week: whenever you feel like your energy level is dropping throughout the day and coffee doesn’t seem to work anymore, try practicing the rejuvenating Balasana aka child's pose for just a few minutes and you will feel relaxed in no time.

A few of my friends swear by it! I tried it this morning and it felt weirdly wonderful:) Will you? How are you feeling this week? xo

Nice one! I'm definitely trying this. It's been a pretty stressful few weeks lately and since I can't run for another month after my eye surgery, I've lost my relaxation method. I went to a meditation class for the first time on Tuesday. Let's see. This looks like a great little trick though!
