Is there anything better than an ooey-gooey, buttery and delicious grilled cheese sandwich on a cold weekend afternoon? Yesterday, Balazs and I’ve been indulging in our new favourite combination of sourdough bread, Manchego cheese (always grated) and a dash of spicy Dijon mustard with a few pickles on the side. We always spread a bit of melted butter mixed with grated garlic on both sides of the sandwich and grill it gently till it looks heavenly crisp and the cheese is stringy and warm. Yum!
