Do you exercise in the morning? A while ago I stumbled upon Meghan's 'brush my teeth' workout and without thinking much about it, I started to incorporate it into my daily brushing teeth routine. It's a simple combination of 20 toe raises, 12 side lunges on each leg and 15 stationary lunges on each leg. What started as a casual thing, by now it became my morning ritual. It's incredible how something so simple can give such a boost for the whole day! Would you try it? xo
