What is your favourite dinner dish lately? For the last two nights Balazs and I had Laura’s breakfast-tartine dinner-style. It’s a super hearty combination for fresh toasted bread, Pawlet cheese, sunny side up egg, cherry tomatoes marinated in Sriracha and red wine vinegar. Easy-peasy yet so wonderfully comforting on a cold winter day, especially if you top it up with a glass of wine afterwards and a re-run of your favourite telly series. Btw: last night we even got a bit creative and rubbed some garlic on the toast before piling up the goodies. Bingo!
P.S: And baked tomatoes and this scrumptious grilled bagel.
