Ha, who knew that something as simple as a juice of half a lemon and a cup of hot water can be such a game-changer? I bet you already heard all the great benefits of drinking hot water with lemon each morning, right? Well, they are all true, but one thing that convinced me to really stick with it was what Sarah, the brilliant holistic nutritionist and vegetarian chef said:
"This is the best thing to consume upon waking, as it flushes the kidneys and the liver and alkalizes the blood. It also allows you to tune into whether or not you're really hungry. Usually after drinking this, I don't need to eat for several hours, instead of force-feeding myself first thing in the morning, which is never a good thing. Start now and do it for the rest of your life..watch miracles happen:)"
