Organic Flower Farm in Skagit Valley

Monday, August 19, 2013

Erin is a self-taught organic farmer who owns the most beautiful tiny organic flower farm with her family in Washington’s fertile Skagit Valley. Her husband Chris and their two adorable kids, Elora and Jasper help growing tons of unique and old fashioned flower varieties on their swoonworthy land. Their mission is to grow flowers all naturally without harsh chemicals. Their motto is: tons of love and care. They found that their approach creates flowers that are distinctly different with deeper, more vibrant colour and long-lasting, beautifully real fragrance that will stay in your memory for a long time. They document their daily happenings on flickr and their blog that I am totally hooked on.

What a great mission and what a beautiful life, isn’t it? Could you image living on a flower farm? xo

P.S: Also, remember this NYC rooftop farm?

I've thought many times of opening a flower farm someday. I would truly love to do it! This flower farm is gorgeous and inspiring. x
